Change in my life...........
I am living in Berlin since 1970.
I grew up as the eldest child in a great family with my parents, 2 sisters and 4 brothers and 2 grandmothers.
I came with my first husband and my 2 children from Hofheim/Ufr. (a little town in Bavaria)

……… for working to Berlin.
My other 2 children are born in Berlin and my life was concentrated to my own great family.
When I was 40 years old, I began thinking…………my life must be change……………that can not be all………….but nothing happened………
In that time I worked as a nurse in an residence for old people and I read many books about “near-death-expieriences”, healthcare, inner and outer adventures and unusuall people…….but no answer arrived me!(.perhaps I did not listen deeply enough)
I was so sure, my life must be changed………..but how ????????
And so I was always searching……….but what I really searched, I don´t know!
In 1993 my husband died after 15 years illness and he was only 44 years old when he died.
The next 6 month I only worked.
But one day............I met some people from the community of Adi Da. And they and the written teaching opened my eyes for many other things. At first I was only wondering, but I was open and so there happened a lot.
I was feeling the great energy and demanding fire from Adi Da and that opened my heart and my mind for an other lifecondition.
I read the books from Adi Da, met the community, was beginning with yoga, participated in retreats. In Germany and in the Ashram in Maria Hoop / Netherlands:
In that time I took also some seminars in "Holotropic Breath" (plus additional bodywork)............they helped, provoked and challenged me incredably.........to take my life in my own hands again.
My family couldn´t understand this.........they were very concerned about me.
But...........this was the beginning of the change of my life...........and
this time was one of the best in my life...........
.............years later...........
I was sympathetic with the joint Ken Wilber study groups in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and listened Andrews Cohens Teachings here in Berlin........but today I am in no community..................therefore..........I love the Gaia Space as it connects even continents. And even the most diverse reference systems.

Anitta…I was always impressed by your silent abiltiy to navigate through your most complex family systems. We both did some work with Norbert Mayer integrated approaches and it was necessary to check blind spots, double binds and lots of hidden processes.
Last year there was this wonderful documentary in German TV about the decades of family of German writer Thomas Mann. About light and shadow, drams and happy events and how all was embedded in time and history. Every single life passes through family and nobody can hope to complete individuation (as Jung describes it( without profound inspection of family.
Last year I posted Love`s Hidden Symmetry from Bert Helinger. Its so important. We both have seen so many times that especially in Germany after WW three generations were needed to outgrow at least roughly the collective burden of this shipwreck in personal biography. It is and will be most exciting to see this evolution in your children, your grand children…
And to discover again and again..what Lama Ole Nydahl, Norbert Mayer and many others confirm:
To cultivate partnership precedes parenting. And to cultivate and evolve parternship it needs lots of support, assistence. And even then only so the continued purpose and intention of personal perspectives keep dynamics moving. And no idealistiv and/or stereotyping clichees are helpful.
